A little excited about our first DA notification board going up for 2020! We are working with this client to create a subdivision as well as design and undertake alterations and additions to the main property.
This one has been a challenge to get off the ground as Hornsby Council is a beautiful, leafy suburb. We need to ensure we minimise our impact on not just the 78 trees on this lot, but the whole ecosystem of the area. We also need to be careful not to disturb the habitat of the endangered Eastern Bentwing Bat which lives in the surrounding area.
For this project, we are making sure we cover all basis and have engaged specialist consultants for arboricultural, bushfire, heritage, biodiversity and environmental impact assessments.
